This is a rectangular garden planter pot, very heavily built. This piece has been attributed to George Marks from Ballarat Pottery. This is easily identified by the extremely heavy salt glaze, all around the heavy build of it that he was renowned for. This would be a very rare baller at piece. This was made prior to him going to South Australia and opening up South Adelaide Pottery.Collection
