This is a seed planter. It is not an improvised piece. It's a manufactured piece, but made through the twenties or thirties. Very cheaply made, just from a heavy tin. This is, this apparatus not only plants the seed, but also allows fertilizer to go with the seed, for home gardeners. Has a handle at the top and still in usable condition.Collection
