Is a very early wooden rat trap. This has a vertical spring operated catch on the back. The bait is put on the flat part at the front and when activated, the spring lets go wire hoop, which would have killed the rat very quickly. These go back to the, round about 1900 and this one is in wonderful condition.Collection
