Description

Morrill Stoneware Proper, Poli. This is a rather large, very heavy bread crock. This is interesting from the point of view that this was done by Wonderlic in Melbourne as an experimental process of creating a slurry and pouring it into a mould. Hence, the need for extra thick walls and lid. This experiment didn't last long. This is stamped under each handle on the side with a old front w to sign signify it was made by Wonderlic. Continuing, stoneware pottery, this is another demijohn.
