This is a cast iron, griddle iron with fat catcher fluted to the bowl for catching the fat. this is a very early one. Wooden handle. Quite ornate. Many of these are broken but this one is still in 1 piece. No manufacturer's name, but a nice item for cast iron Kitchenalia.
