Here is a set of four registration tags for bicycles. These are from France for the years 1939, 1941, 1928, and another one from 1939. These tags were used on French bicycles as registration from the 1880s through to the apparently the 1970s. It's just a small tag which would fit on your bike frame to note your bike is registered.
