This is a child's practical joke kit. It's a packet of rattlesnake eggs and the idea is that there's a warning on the packet to say "store at a low temperature to prevent hatching". However when people go to open the packet, there's a rattling sound that comes out of it. The rattling sound comes about by the use of rubber bands and a button that is wound up. Once the packet is opened and squeezed to see what's inside, the button flaps around as if the rattlesnakes are inside and have hatched.
