The Smoko with a cutter made by Smoko These were manufactured by Newell Brothers in London. The casting is of superb quality known as a wax casting which is very good quality. This one has a spare cutter with it but it has an incomplete back joint which is most unfortunate. Other than that all the front part is complete. Still a very significant and desirable handpiece.
