This is a bound collection of photocopies from a number of sources. Included are short descriptions of portions of the Soliday Collection, also known as the Nisqually Papers at the Huntington Library in California. Another portion is a photocopy of a May 18, 1901 letter written by Edward Huggins, last chief trader in charge of fort Nisqually. The letter is long and touches on many topics, including the Indian name for Mt. Rainier and an Indian known as Sclousin or Bill.Book Details
