Elderly doll donated by Sandra and EdRosenburg to the Fairmont State Folk Life Center. The doll is wearing a blue blazer jacket with a salmon colored bow. the skirt is black with brown/tan colored lacing towards the bottom. There are two layersunder the black skirt, light brown. Black skirt has a hole on the left side about one centimeter in size. Another whole on the front of the black skirt that is about 7 milimeters in length. There is also a salmon colored belt that matches the bowon the blazer. Under the two underskirts there is a pair of brown pants partially wrapped with string, where they are coming undone. The doll has a pair of red shoes on both feet. Under the blue blazer there are white sleeves extending down the rest of the arms. The dolls face is simple; eyes are closed and the mouth is smiling. The doll has a set of braids that are about 8 centimeters long. On the back of the hat there is a pin. The dolls length from head to toe is about 22 centimeters. The doll is accompanied with a donor letter.Collection
