A blue lether like folder with a yellow silky rope divider. The cover has the words: State of West Virginia Consiglio Regionale Della Calabria "Pact of Friendship Calabria and West Virginia: Reggie Calabria 29 April 2006 Palazzo Tommaso Campanella. Inside is a written description of the Pact of Friendship. It notes that WV Governor Joe Manchin 3 promoted awareness of the Monongah Mine Disaster of 1907. It is signed by Gov. Manchin and Giuseppe Bova President of the Regional Council of Calabria.
