Dr. Hiatt and Greg Hagenston took this bone with us in a brown paper bag to the Dinosaur Symposium in Green Bay Wisconsin. Airport security opened the bag, took out the bone piece and asked us what the hole is for. We said we didn’t know, that’s what we are trying to find out.
At the symposium we had several paleontologists look at it and the came to the conclusion the hole was on the end of an upper arm bone and was where tendons and muscles attached.
