This piece of Triceratops Frill was discovered by me and excavated with a couple other fossils by myself, John Harmala, and Mike McCrate. A photo of the fossils ready to take out on a stretcher can be seen in the book, Greg and Doc, Two Souls surrounded by Badlands, on page 342. Later, Dr. Hiatt came across our dig site and commented he cleaned up the scraps of newspaper, and masking tape we left behind. After that, when we finished a dig, we cleaned up after ourselves so as to not leave any evidence of our activity behind.
