Note
This Triceratops Shoulder Blade was found and excavated by John Harmala in 1969 while fossil hunting with Greg Hagenston in the Sand Creek area. After getting the fossil to his home, John finished preparing the fossil to keep it from deteriorating. He cleaned the surface, glued the broken pieces together using Duco cement, and applied several coats of urethane varnish to the surface. When John left for college, he gave the shoulder blade to Greg Hagenston.
