Heavy brown leather ankle high shoes lined with heavily sized plain weave cotton. Very square toes Center opening with no tongue. Edges bound with white kid. A pair of punched holes at base of opening but there are no others. Newly applied heavy soles. Pegged soles stamped “10.” Small stack heel. Illegible pencil marking inside top of one. The pegs come up into the inside so they must have been uncomfortable to wear.
