Rectangular buckle of steel set with a row of large pastes lacking the black spot in the center. Crystal?Steel hasp with holes for sewing to a ribbon or band? Rather heavy - 2” x 2.5” Couldthis be a hat ornament? Could also be a ladies’ belt buckle.
