Description

Entirely hand-stitched dressing jacket made of plain white cotton. Sleeves modestly fuller at top with deep underarm gussets; narrow into cuffs with self frills and a fancy pearl button at the base; dropped, piped armscyes; one more button at the neck; deep frill at neck; body made of straight pieces like a shirt; gathered into neck but no side vents; gusset at the side of the neck and a narrow reinforcement band along the shoulder seam.
