Description

Pair of braces purchased by dealer in Paris. Silk [?] canvas with fine wool petit point designs of scrolls and fuschias in shades of green gold, and red. Tiny gold-colored bead accents. Bound with green silk, backed with kid. Spring-elastic ends, red leather tabs and keepers. Brass buckles on white leather straps. Note that the decorative part extends over the buckle to conceal it.
