Entirely hand stitched white sheer cotton, heavily starched. 4” brim with shallow horseshoe crown slightly gathered at top. SIngle draw tape, plainwoven cotton, that knots itself at one side. Simple machine Valencienne lace edging applied flat all around. Finely hemmed uneven ties of heavier cotton.
