"Entirely hand stitched sheer muslin. Medium brim around head with inset round crown, chin flaps. Sheer muslin double frill on front, narrower single frill in back. Frills have deep hems. Fine braided linen drawstrings in front, back and around base of crown. No ties. See 97.027 and 97.028."
