Entirely hand stitched transparent sheer muslin. Narrow brim in front, chin flaps. Band across back with fine braided linen drawstrings in top and bottom edges; also front and back of brim. Sheer muslin double frill on front, narrower single frill in back. Frills have medium hems. No ties. See 97.031.
