Description

Entirely hand stitched white cotton, not real fine. Tamboured sprigs. Deep brim-crown made of 2 bands of ruching joined by machine embroidered insertion. Deep plain frill, fuller at lower front, edged with narrow machine lace. Self ties edged at each end with same lace, some extended up sides of free end; the other is gathered in two rows and stitched to exterior of cap. Casing made at neck edge but no opening and no tape or string present.
