Black cotton petticoat, machined, for everyday wear. Two flounces of self-fabric across bottom hem. Three tucks across th ebottom of each flounce. Black draw-string waist CB closure, making the CB have a section of gathers. Front is shaped by tapered panels. Label sewn into inside waistband.
