Description

Matching infant cap and jacket, hand-knit made of fine white cotton with beaded decoration. Very small. Checker design of solid and lace knit with blue forget-me-nots on the solid areas. Jacket (a) - long sleeves with some fullness in top. Front opening closed with 2 pairs of fancy white cotton tape or ribbon and a plain-woven cotton tape drawstring through neckline beading. Lace on cuffs. Cap (b) - round crown. Lace is different from the jacket around edges, matching ribbon ties. The cuff, chest, face, neck and crown have yellow and blue flowered borders. The crown is filled with a bold yellow and blue star. Tiny, opaque beads that are light yellow, yellow, coral, dark blue; transparent dark green, red translucent medium blue, and mint.
