Infant cap made of bobbinet, decorated with 3 large tamboured floral motifs appliqued on, the crown being a circle with a smaller motif, the seam finished with a buttonhole stitched loop edge. One remaining fine linen flat braid loop at corner for tie, the braid also used as a drawstring around the bottom and probably the front as well; all that remains as evidence of the latter is a small hole at the center front.Collection
