Tiny infant cap made of sheer white cotton, entirely hand stitched. Round crown with a square vine within a larger one, on point. Little needlelace medallion in the center. Widely scattered eyelets with little ‘leaves.’ Fine linen tape drawstrings in front and back, and another pair in a casing over the front of the head. Ribbon tie loops at chin corners.
