Description

Machine-stitched jacket made of fine cream colored wool. The center front opening with 17 handmade buttonholes and replacement MOP buttons. Standing collar with stud closure and celluloid stud. Hip length; pointed in front with princess seams. Back has short square tails with inverted box pleat in center. Slim sleeves to wrist. Embroidered (after construction) with white silk twist, satin stitch, and leafy vine on both sides of front opening and along entire hem. The front of the sleeve hems are adorned with dots suggesting buttons up side of sleeves. Underlined with white jean.
