Description

Entirely hand-stitched spencer jacket made of fine white cambric. Unlined. Large gigot sleeves. Long arms with vents at wrists fastened with a hook and loop. Medium high round neckline. Waistband that overlaps, fastens with a pair of hooks and eyes. Front fastens with small hooks and loops. The front is decorated with white cotton tamboured wavy horizontal bands applied before assembly; the inner and outer ends forming decorative loops. Wavy lines of tambouring along the shoulder and back seams.
