Description

Men’s smoking jacket made of delicate black China silk. Lined with rich rosy maroon China silk. Hand-quilted in channels in combination with basic assembly by machine-quilting. Top-stitching of the collar and cuffs over thin batting. The body and sleeves have thick cotton batting. Single-seam ‘coat’ sleeves of the 60s with the stitched effect of a deeply pointed cuff. High-closing collar and lapels. 3 pairs of frogs. Slit pockets at left breast and each side.
