Description

One pair of 19th century sunglasses. Copy alloy (German Silver ?) frames with blue-tinted glass lenses. Lenses are rectangular shape; temples are of slide extension type with loops on the ends for laces or ribbons. It is of interest to note that the left lens has a ripple line in it left over from the glass making process and was never polished out.
