Her hem is puffed. The woman on the right is wearing a white, floral-printed ball gown with short, puffed sleeves and a puffed hem. The dress has red accents at the bodice, sleeves, and in the tiers of frills above the hem. Above them, the front and back view of an elaborate coiffure.
