Description

Little boy’s pinafore made of lightweight indigo blue cotton printed with orange and white spots. High drawstring neckline. Long tubular sleeves, hip length. Back closure with 4 decorative MOP buttons. The buttons also dot the waistband along the side and back into which the skirt is gathered. The front floats free, fitted with a tape stay across the front inside. Small horizontal slit pockets worked into the gathers at the side front. Below the waistband, with buttons on the corners and center of the opening. The front appears longer, apparently meant to blouse at the waist.
