Description

Dressing gown entirely hand stitched of thin cotton printed with dense dark brown vine design. V-neckline opens part way down front, waistless in front, piped waist in back, bodice gathered into center back waist; some fullness of back neck as well. Bodice front fullness gathered into piped shoulder seams. Concealed faced slit on proper left for access to tied-on pocket. Narrow sleeves with piped armscyes, lined with sturdy cotton, two rows of corded shirring at wrist, hook and loop closure. Short attached self belt extending from side seams. Bodice lined with heavy cream twilled cotton with single bust dart on either side; front sections free of dress fabric. No bones.
