Fashion plate depicting three men and two women. The first man is wearing a brown frock coat with brown piping and braiding on the torso over blue checkered pantaloons. The second man is wearing a blue checked frock coat with wide, angular lapels over pale grey pantaloons. The first woman is wearing a green dress with sleeves that are gathered below the shoulder and above the wrist to achieve a sort of long, puffed shape. There are ruffles down the bodice that continue down the front of the skirt. On her head, a white bonnet, accented with white flowers. The second woman is wearing a white ball gown with a wide neckline trimmed in fringe. The fringe also appears above the hem and at the cuffs. Pink flowers border the skirt. In her hair, three white plumes. The third man is wearing a black tailcoat with pale blue pantaloons and an embroidered waistcoat.
