Description

Entirely hand-stitched infant’s long dress made of white cotton. Long skirt. Medium-length bodice with vertical hand embroidered eyelet insertion (vine motif) ‘robings’ on either side of rows of widely spaced, narrow horizontal pintucks. Insertion forming waistband. Pintucks on the outside of robings, and on the entire short tubular sleeve. 2 bands of widely spaced pintucks at skirt bottom above embroidered eyelet insertion. 1.5” hem. The neckline, sleeves, and hem have narrow embroidered edging. Drawstrings in front and back neckline.
