Entirely hand-stitched girl’s dress made of white calico cotton using recycled fabric and embroidered border. High waist; inset waistband; pointed yoke and bodice slightly gathered to suggest a V shape. Piped seams; slightly large sleeves narrowing to the wrist. The top has fullness pleated down above a piped band, which may well have been a later addition. The skirt is attached with large pleats. Elaborate embroidered design in white cotton on the hem. The center back opening has hooks and eyes for the closure.Collection
