G2001.110Description
Rectangle of fine cotton basted to a hand drawn pattern and two layers of newspaper (PA apparently) with a reference to a future date of January 1, 1837. The delineated shape is a narrow rectangle with one long side extended into a sharp peak with concave sides, probably a cuff. The whole is bordered with a row of pinks and filled with small nosegays, two on either side of a larger one. There are two more small nosegays appearing to float beyond the peaked rectangle. One side is nearly done.Collection
