Two unpicked fragments of a lady's cap. Made of sheer muslin, very finely embroidered with delicate leafy fronds of several kinds, and florets. Executed in satin stitch, outline, and drawn thread work. a) Horseshoe crown with remains of wide casing which probably was for a fairly wide self tie. b) Long crescent shape for a brim
