Description

Entirely machine-stitched petticoat made of cotton. Gored pieces. Overlay from about halfway down of another layer of cotton, with insertion lace pieces horizontally added in. Bottom layer of petticoat has small fabric flounce across hem. Overlay has five horizontal bands of insertion lace, 'Swiss’ dot netting lace. In between each lace insertion are bands of cotton. Three tiny tucks in sets of two between top two layers of lace insertion. Scalloped edge on bottom layer of petticoat. Center back panel of waist is pleated, with a drawstring closure.
