Description

One white cotton petticoat with a pin waist closure. There is a half tuck on the front middle of the skirt so that the back side is 1" longer than the front. The lower hem area has one large tuck and then a series of alternating embroidered horizontal lines and chain embroidered sections. This garment is handsewn.
