Table clamp metal apple peeler with 4 gears and wooden side handle crank. Largest vertical gear has a "V" shaped design with a dot at each point. Horizontal gear cap inscription reads, "PATD MAR 5. 1868 MANF'D BY HARBSTER BROS & CO." Called "The Gem".
