Hat, golden tan silk chiffon covering tarlatan over wire frame with ear pieces. Quilling around crown, above band of creped chiffon, single glass-bead faux pearls stitched at 1” intervals. Roll of tulle passed through series of narrow turquoise velvet ribbon loops protruding from under front brim. Narrow white silk ribbon ties, 9” at earpieces. 30” lengths of 4” wide silk taffeta ribbon, golden tan, attached above earpieces, anchored with row of ‘pearls.’Collection
