Infant size hood with shallow bavolet, no interlining, entirely hand stitched of gray striped silk taffeta with paired white satin cross stripes at wide intervals. Ornamented with pink silk taffeta ribbon tacked at the center back on top, brought forward toward the ear and bent back to form a bow in the back of the neck, and applied as kilted band across the front edge. Lined with white silk foulard, and the inner edge trimmed with tightly pleated or quilled lace; short ribbon ties.Collection
