Description

Girl’s MITT, gaudy bead initials “ZA" Hand knit white cotton mitt. Top edged with cotton crocheted lace. On the back of the hand is a beaded cartouche, roughly hexagonal (or perhaps intended as a heart shape), of green glass beads; inside is a red capital "A" above a green diamond. Below the cuff, red and turquoise beads form a chevron band around the wrist. The beaded initial faces the wearer. Thumb and no fingers. Very small. Expertly knit. 7” long total.
