Entirely hand stitched long mitts with thumbs, bias-cut ivory silk taffeta, outer sides joined with decorative pink silk thread herringbone fagotting, also used to form reverse curved cutaway ornament on the underside. Pink herringbone points. Pointed flap over fingers lined with darker silk. Edges finished with herringbone stitches.Collection
