Machine-stitched with hand-finishing skirt made of black silk woven in a way to look like ribbons of silk taffeta vs. lace insertion - but not real insertion. Waist is diagonal silk tape with hooks and eye closure. Small gathering at the center back. Black satin ribbon is attached to the skirt in deep curved line that curves to the back. Most likely a skirt for a widow in advanced widowhood. Black, but well past mourning.Collection
