Seated women in her mid 30s. She wears a day dress of silk taffeta. Two piece. Bodice has drooped armscye and very full sleeves, stylish for mid 1860s. Bodice has split or forked bottom edge. CF opening of real buttons. Skirt is set to waistband by knife pleats. High round neckline is filled in with small detachable collar, and wrist terminate in small detachable cuffs. Small round gold (?) medallion at CF of neckline opening. Hair is center parted and pulled back neatly.Collection
