Parasol with plain brown silk cover, hand stitched, slightly domed. Bone carved in fishtail-like shape for finial; small turned piece for handle; bone tips. Turned, grained, jointed wood stick, embossed and lacquered brass slider; lacquered steel stretchers, saddle gits; cane [?] ribs. No evidence of ring or other fastener. Wire top notch and 1 spring catch. Overall, 33” long, 14.5” ribs.Collection
