Pin made of brass in the archeological style of the 1860-1870s, with some components (rectangular pieces, small clovers) made of rolled gold. The tiny round granulations and the thin twisted wire decorating the top of the metal strips are the only direct connection to Etruscan jewelry. There is a crescent strip roughly surfaced, hanging with 10 pieces of turquoise in square bezels. Tube hinge and c clasp. 2 1/16" long. 1/2" wideCollection
