Brooch marked "sterling front" on back of piece. Cast silver form of a central face of a woman, surrounded by artfully flowing locks of hair. There are 5 flowers, of 5 petals each scattered at the edges. There is a plate on the back with 2 punched stars, top and bottom, that open up to the cast front. There is a round hinge and c-clasp. The pin stem is "fat" and extends beyond the c-clasp. "A Kendrick" is scratched on the back in a script - a past owner (?). This is an Art Nouveau pin. 2 1/4" long 1 3/4" wideCollection
